Cadenas apparu sur four Brandt. Clavier verrouillé

Bonsoir, j'ai débranché mon four Brandt pour refaire ma cuisine. Quand j'ai rebranche, un cadenas apparaît, clavier verrouillé. La notice indique d'appuyer simultanément sur les touches + et _. Ça ne fonctionne pas. Le cadenas clignote puis redevient fixe. L'heure apparaît en clognotant.
Que dois je faire ? Merci d'avance. Myriam
