bonjour jai un poele ref P963 Piazzetta mes pellets ne descendent + dans la corbeille que dois je faire merci

bonsoir, vous entendez toujours le bruit de la vis sans fin ? si non c'est elle qui est HS (engrenages souvent en cause)
